I started Crossfit in 2014, looking for a way to add to my current at home workout and running routine. The original plan was to only try it out for a few months, but I quickly found that I really enjoyed the challenge as well as the steady improvement in strength and skill that was lacking in the various workout plans I had tried before. In 2018, I completed the Crossfit Level 1 training course and now I have the opportunity to continue to improve my skills and knowledge for my own benefit, in addition to helping others do the same!
