Membership Update / Pause Request
As a small business—especially a CrossFit gym—membership pauses have a bigger impact than most people realize. We often receive 20+ pause requests each month, and while we completely understand the desire to pause when you're traveling or away, the cumulative effect can be tough on our financial stability.
Membership-based businesses like ours rely on consistent support to keep costs low and operations running smoothly. Frequent pauses make it difficult to plan and budget effectively, which takes time and resources away from what we love most—coaching and building our community.

1) $15/mo Hold Fee +tax
2) $7.50 +tax for the following scenarios
a) Downgrading your membership
b) Pausing a membership or placing a hold
c) Cancelation of a membership
d) Canceling a family member from your plan
e) Cancelling any add ons to your membership
