Being a small business, especially a CrossFit gym, the effects pausing memberships have on us go likely unseen by members. It is common for us to have 20-30+ requests a month for memberships to be put in a “pause” state. We understand that it is hard to justify paying for a membership if you are out of the country or gone for a period of time, however the effects of these pauses are vastly detrimental. Like any membership based business, the intent is to keep costs down for members and allows us to spend less time managing accounts and more time working on the business. Pausing memberships inhibits our ability to project monthly financials accurately which is our way to ensure success and keep our business in a healthy financial state. Please reconsider putting your memberships in a “pause” state, and know that your continued support while being away will allow for us to stay in a healthy position for you, when you return and ensure our community continues to thrive.

1) $15/mo Hold Fee +tax
2) $7.50 +tax for the following scenarios

a) Downgrading your membership
b) Pausing a membership or placing a hold
c) Cancelation of a membership 
d) Canceling a family member from your plan 
e) Cancelling any add ons to your membership
