This is 50 minutes of one on one coaching, where we will teach you 9 of the foundational movements in CrossFit, Overhead Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Body Weight Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Medicine Ball Clean, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull. During the 50 minutes we will dial in your Form, Technique and help you to fully understand the Proper Positioning with each Barbell Movement. This is an Educational and Instructional 50 Minutes that can be set up during a time that works best for you and a coach.
