Anyone new to our gym will need to sign up for an free consult. This is whether you are a new to CrossFit or a veteran CrossFitter. This consult is so that we can meet you, learn about you, your goals and what matters to you, as well as for you to meet us, to see if our gym is a good fit for you! During our consult we will also give you a tour of the gym and discuss the best steps for you going forward.
If you are new to CrossFit, you are in the right place! Our goal as a gym is to be the most welcoming gym in the world, so this consult is utmost important to welcome you in :). Anyone new to CrossFit will need to attend 1-3 Fundamentals Sessions. One option is attend our 730pm Fundamentals Class on Monday Nights or to schedule a few 1on1’s with our coaching staff. The 700pm Class is covered within your monthly membership dues. The 1on1’s will be $65/session (+tax). Anyway that works for you is great and as we started, the 700pm Monday Night option is not an extra charge AND you can attend this class the whole first month that you are with us (and by request, you can attend this class if you need a refresher after your first month). The 1on1’s can be scheduled during the week or weekend, depending on what times work for you and our coaches (scheduling these sessions between class times is ideal, but we are flexible). We still want to meet you 25+ min before class to get to know you, show you around and set you up! If you are wanting to try out class before deciding to join, you are more than welcome to pay for a Drop In ($25/+tax) for that class and if you decide to sign up for a membership after that class, we will deduct that drop in fee from your first months membership. Meet our Personal Trainer Emily!
Hello! My name is Emily Emery and I am very passionate about fitness and health! I love to share my passion with others and help them reach their goals, whatever they may be.
I started as a high school and collegiate swimmer and coached several swim teams. From there I was introduced to CrossFit and weightlifting and powerlifting, and my passion for fitness grew. I loved it so much I wanted to become a personal trainer so I could help other people reach their fitness goals and hopefully enjoy it as much as I do!
Over the years l've done many triathlons, runs, bodybuilding competitions, CrossFit competitions and had a great time riding the Seattle to Portland One Day bike ride with a client.
Whether it's weight loss, recovering from an injury, a physical challenge or simply just wanting to be able to move better and be healthier, I can help you get there....I promise you will have fun with me along the way!
