Since Jan 1st I've gone dairy free and have yet to add additional protein into my daily routine. This Vegan Protein is actually really good and I'm loving it! It has less than 1g of sugar, less than 1g of Fat and 20g of protein. We all know that protein is the building block for muscle growth, and we have to eat quite a bit of it daily. When I was in my prime, CrossFit Competing I was religious about drinking a post workout recovery after every workout.
